Aaaaw Annalee & Nick’s wedding at High Hurstwood Village Hall was one of my very favourites this year. Annalee is one of the most creative, clever, quirky brides I’ve ever had the fortune of working with – and she handmade every single thing for her wedding with such love and care, and it all looked amazing. Their wedding was packed full of details, and it was full of so much more… things I especially remember – Evie’s excited face when she put her bridesmaids dress on, Nick just about holding it together when his girls walked down the aisle (and then losing it during the handwritten vows aaaaaaw), both sets of parents bursting with pride, the amount that Annalee and Nick laughed together, the fact that they chose the Mark Francis cake (from Made in Chelsea) for their actual wedding cake (!), the best men coordinating the whole wedding selfie, and all the guests in hysterics trying to barn dance to the the ceildh! Add this to all the scrummy details (that Jenny Packham wedding dress, the literary themed table centrepieces, bespoke favours, the clever table plan, the fish & chip supper, the Great Wedding Cake Off (YES!), the Mary Berry & Paul Hollywood masks) and this really is gorgeous wedding overload! I love all the hardwork that Annalee and Nick poured into the day, but what I mostly love is how much laughter, pride, happiness and love ran through every single moment. Huge congrats you guys, you are ones in a million xxxxx
