The Walled Garden Cowdray – the sunniest wedding of the year!

Jude and Jay are real characters – so full of life, enthusiasm and energy, they really are incredible individuals. Both Jude & Jay work in travel, and met when they were both working in Cyprus. They had a date in a cafe, but soon after Jude moved to the Dominican Republic with work. It didn’t take Jay long to realise he couldn’t away from her for too long, so he flew 4367 miles to be with her again. Awwwwwww – how romantic is THAT! Over the next 7 years, they travelled the world and finally decided to settle in Brighton.

I knew their wedding was going to be something special, as they’d thought about every little detail and chosen one of Sussex’s most beautiful venues – The Walled Garden Cowdray. Jay & Jude are big foodies – they chose the rather amazing Buns to Banquets to cater their wedding – and the food reflected their years of travels. And it was amazing. A special mention goes to Jay and Jude’s wedding guest carvers who made a fine job of serving the dinners to each table. And I can confirm that the food tasted as good as it looked 🙂 A brilliant day, gorgeous sunshine and a proper wedding knees-up – huge congratulations Jay & Jude! xxxx
