Goodwood Hotel wedding – a springtime big day for Claire & Mark

Awww the gorgeous Claire & Mark – what a treat it is to look through these photos again. Back at the start of March just as the very first signs of spring were springing, these beautiful people got married at the Goodwood Hotel – an absolutely stunning wedding venue on the estate of Goodwood Park. When I first Claire & Mark they explained how they both hated being photographed, but they knew they’d want some pictures of their big day – so I was really honoured that they chose me as their photographer. And I also knew I’d have to make sure I kept the photos natural and relaxed throughout the day so that they didn’t feel self-conscious. And do you know what – Claire and Mark blew me away by just how happy and in love they are, and how relaxed they are in their photographs… it goes to show that on your wedding day the last thing you think about is your photography, and that’s exactly how it should be! Wedding days are about marrying your true love, and celebrating with all the people in your life that you love the most – it’s when you look back years later that these photographs of memories become so important, and I was truly honoured to be able to capture all of this for the new Mr & Mrs Harris. I hope you enjoy these photos – I totally love Goodwood Hotel and their cute vintage golf buggy Woody, which Mark drove up and down the Goodwood racing strip (very slowly of course). And check out their cake – a choccywoccydoodah masterpiece! A lovely heartwarming day, thank you so much Claire and Mark x

Claire Harris

Sara, we can’t thank you enough for being a part of our day and capturing so many special moments. We both hate having our photo taken but we just can’t stop looking at our beautiful pics! We’ve had so many positive comments from our guests about the photos and how professional (but fun!) you were on the day.

Thank you again,

love Mr and Mrs Harris.
