One of the things I love most about weddings is how much thought couples put into their day – all of the personal touches they add, the little surprises for each other, the games to keep their guests amused, – just things that will ensure everyone is having the best day ever.  And I really take my hat off to this lovely couple Rebecca and Mark, whose The Bell in Ticehurst Wedding day was full of SO many surprises!  I actually had about three separate schedules in advance to keep up with all the plans – it was amazing! These lovely people put so much thought and consideration into their day, and it was incredible – just a lovely, sunny, chilled out day in a beautiful pub with so much laughter and fun.  And surprises included an impromptu singsong during the ceremony, the rainbow sweet-filled wedding cake, a scrabble wedding ring, quizzes, treasure hunts, and the first dance sung by the Bride’s BFF.  I love The Bell in Ticehurst – it’s an extremely quirky venue, full of neon, taxidermy and indoor trees.  It rocks and you really have to visit it to fully appreciate how awesome it is.   I also love these two and their equally awesome families – the Critchards and the Pritchards – isn’t that a spooky coincidence (and would make the best double-barrelled surname ever!!).  I first met Rebecca & Mark when I photographed Mark’s lovely sisters wedding – and I actually have now appointed myself as their official family photographer cos I love them all so much!  Mr & Mrs Critchard-Pritchard (okay just humour me this once!!), I think you are THE BEST!
