Hotel du Vin Brighton wedding – Faye & Kevin’s gorgeous seaside wedding

I loved Faye from the minute she told me she’d bought a pair of blue shoes for her wedding. Then when I saw them on the big day, I realised they weren’t just any old blue shoes but THE Manolo Blahnik ‘Something Blue’ shoes made very famous by Carrie Bradshaw in the Sex & the City movie. THOSE blue shoes! Almost deserving of a photoshoot in their own right (I do love a shoe), I have to say that Faye matched them perfectly by looking every inch the elegant stylish moviestar bride – isn’t she just totally beautiful? And Kevin scrubbed up pretty well too – and was just beaming all day! This gorgeous couple chose to have a Hotel du Vin Brighton wedding (my fave place!) as the venue for their lowkey, relaxed big day… a day that was all about love, laughter, good friends, good food and lots and lots of smiles. It absolutely poured with rain at points during the day, but we still managed to get onto the seafront for a few piccies and around the Hotel itself. I loved all of Faye & Kevin’s thoughtful touches – including rock favours with each guest’s name through them, and the little bottles of whiskey as favours. And check out these incredible pumpkins – what a brilliant idea! A gorgeous day for a gorgeous couple – thank you so much for having me there Mr & Mrs C! xx
