Well, I don’t really know quite where to start with this wedding! It is one of the most jam-packed with beautiful details and gorgeous inspiration that I might just let the photos tell the story. But then again, I’ve never been one to be short of words so let’s give it a go…. I first met gorgeous Jenny at her sister Sarah’s wedding a few years ago, and was so super pleased when her and her handsome beau Mike (also known as Lamb) booked me for their wedding day this May. I was then doubly even more excited to hear they’d chosen to have a Broyle Place wedding, and had my superfaves Circa Events catering – my dream team of lovely people!!
So their wedding day happened and oh my word it was awesome. Really proper awesome. Like knock your socks off, I really want to be friends with these people for ever, AWESOME!!
Let’s give a big old shout out to (and in no particular order) – Hugo the flamingo, pink balloons, bespoke cocktails (well, Jenny was the president of the cocktail society at Uni!), golden unicorns, the 3 day old kittens in the bride’s wedding shoes (I had to do it, those kittens were just so cute and thank you lovely Broyle Place for letting me borrow them for props), the most stunning flowerwall (well done to florists Flowerbug, this was a blimming TRIUMPH!), gorgeous cake by Sylvia’s Kitchen, beautiful dress from Mathilda Rose, their first dance to Elvis’ Hunk of Burning Love, a performance of the Blues Brothers by the Bride, her mum and her sister – amazing – and some serious rocking out on the dancefloor! Oh yes and let’s not forget the homemade limoncello as favours, lamb slippers, personalised coathangers, personalised pizzas (it was the premier of Circa Pizza nom nom NOM), jumping, pouting, posing and everyone just looking totally AWESOME!!!!!
And here’s a cute end to the tale – Jen & Lamb went back and actually got one of their wedding day kittens – he’s the ginger one, and they’ve called him Elvis. Nwaaaaa. Huge huge hugs and love to you Lamberts, you really worked your socks off for this wedding and it so paid off!!! Loved every minute xxxx
