I’m really excited to share this lovely wedding with you today – Nikki and Dave and their beautiful daughter Scarlett celebrated their big day at Avisford Park Hotel – following a lovely ceremony at St Andrews Church in Tarring. And guess what we saw in the sky…. yes! It was the sun!! Which made an extremely rare appearance and it was a very welcome sight indeed :).
And because they got married on the day of the Grand National, the favours for the guests were a bet on one of the horses who were racing! Isn’t that just a brilliant idea? The hotel screened the Grand National live just before dinner as a surprise, and the atmosphere was so exciting – the two winners at the wedding were so chuffed with their win. So well done Auroras Encore, we were all cheering you on!
Nikki and Dave are such a lovely couple and it was a brilliant wedding with lots of laughter and a few tears too. Dave really does hate having his photograph being taken – possibly one of the most camera shy grooms I’ve ever had! So full credit goes to him for being a total superstar throughout his wedding day.
