Aww what a beautiful big day I have to share with you today.  The gorgeous Lucy & Nick, and their very stylish unique Wiston House wedding day – yay!! I photograph a lot of weddings at Wiston House, it really is just the perfect setting to celebrate – and I have to say each and every big day is totally different to the next.  And this one definitely had lots of things I’ve never seen at a wedding before – including a steel drum band and popcorn stall during the reception drinks!!  I also absolutely loved this couple’s fresh bright style –… Read more

Brighton Engagement Shoot {Andrea & Tom}

brighton engagement shoot, brighton beach, brighton seafront, engagement photographer brighton, brighton, engaged,

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – I really do love a red haired Bride.   There’s just something so stunning about that vibrant splash of colour, it just brings a whole new dimension to the photographs. And I can’t think of a more stunning flame-haired beauty that this gorgeous girl Andrea – an exceptionally cute and quirky little bundle of fun! Photographing her and her handsome beau Tom on a misty rainy morning around Brighton Pier was just such a treat – they have an exceptionally strong connection these two, and you can see they are… Read more

Lancing College Chapel Wedding {Toni & Charlie}

This wedding was always going to be a stunner.  Let me list a few things that the gorgeous Toni & Charlie had planned for their day – starting with their ceremony at the breathtaking Lancing College Chapel, with tons of colourful confetti, then on to Pangdean Old Barns for lots of fun and games including indoor trees, homemade macaroons, an indoor smores station, sparklers and even a BALL PIT!  All weddings need a ball pit I’ve decided, they are hilarious and I’ve never seen such an overexcited bunch of kids (and that was just the groomsmen lol!)  This beautiful day… Read more

…. Well, 2016 has been an interesting year for me professionally as I’ve been on a mission to really develop my photography. I’ve now shot over 350 weddings, and although the easy option would be to coast along doing the same old thing, I really believe that every one of my couples deserve more than that – I want to bring the very best work I can to each wedding. Weddings are often chaotic places that will test even the most experienced photographer, but I’ve tried especially hard this year. I’ve really worked my socks off. And what has been… Read more

…. Weddings are a bit silly if you think about it. There are a lot of things that we do at a wedding that are a teensy bit daft – like holding a bunch of flowers all day, or cutting a really big cake together – or wearing a veil (veils are like naughty children at weddings, always playing up), or even people lining up to throw paper at your perfectly coiffed heads – when else in life would you ever do these things?! But as I look back at my 2016 weddings, one thing that stands out is that… Read more
